Craig is so kind & helpful at the Ashland location! Whenever I have any need of assistance I know I can count on him for help. The facility is clean and I trust them fully, if you’re local give them a call for your storage needs.

Recently moved out of our storage unit that we rented for the last several months. For $400 a month for a climate controlled unit I was not expecting to open up half of my boxes and furniture to mold everywhere. Our couch was wrapped professionally before moving and mice got into everything and peed all over our furniture as well. I called Craig at the facility to tell him about the issues and he told me to contact my insurance company. Love how a problem at the facility is all of a sudden my issue and now I need to waste hours dealing with my insurance company when the storage unit overcharged us and now this?? Do not rent from them unless you want your stuff destroyed! I am reading some other recent reviews from customers who had the same experience as well. Very unfortunate.
