Extra Space Storage

With the recent storms, I got to my storage unit and it was iced over and I couldn't open it. I called Larry (at the front desk) and asked if he could help me to open it and if he had an ice pick. He said he couldn't guarantee anything, but would come and try and can put ice melt down and we'd have to wait a few days potentially. He came right over and chipped away and was able to get it open. Very grateful for his quick response and willingness to help someone. Thank you!

Larry was super helpful in finding the right unit for my situation.. And was also able to give me a referral for someone who may be able to assist me with some of my moving needs. Very customer service oriented. Thanks for your help!
