I recently rented a unit at their tyngsborough location and have been extremely pleased with the facility thus far. I had a small issue with the door on my unit and I spoke with Kevin in the office and he got it resolved very quickly!! Would definitely recommend this place if you need to store your belongings they have great customer service.

Little confused I rented from Extra Space Storage at 27$ raised rent 2 time now im at 55$ a month now they want $80 for 5×5 so I move out after a yr of being there and the day after I move out they rent it for 35$ weren't they making more off me at $55 a month? don't understand there logic wouldn't you want a loyal customer always paid 2 months in advance than to start all over again and maybe never get pd . To bad cuz it was a clean Storage facility. Also first-time renters they won't tell you I figured out 2 months later you don't need their insurance if you have your own. They'll just tell you ND it an will charge you for it you have to use there locks cylinder locks to make it more difficult so buy your own somewhere for $8 cuz they charge you $20
