Extra Space Storage

I have had the pleasure of working with Sharon from extra space storage for a few years now! Between moving from one house to another, or needing an extra locker to store some equipment before leaving for a full year, Deployment overseas, she has always been super helpful, pleasant to communicate with, And nothing short of professional! Strongly recommend using this wonderful facility!

Sharon over the years has been so accommodating and still is to this day! I keep all my backup for my small business here. She is so helpful, and I love when I walk in with an issue and she is there! She is always so happy to help you! Thank you, Sharon!!

Extra Space Storage Wakefield is overall a great storage place. The staff have always been friendly. Storage units are well lit and the place stays clean. Haven’t had any issues with dust. I feel my items are secure at this storage facility.

However, my only complaint is the constant annual pricing increase. While I understand their costs may increased like every other persons and businesses, I would expect these increases to also include some upgrades to their carts or easy-to-stall elevator.

Needed to get into our storage unit. It had all our event supplies. Our lock was sticking. Called front desk and woman who answered came right down to unit and offered assistance. She was pleasant and so helpful. Her assistance assured we were able to get all our event supplies. She saved the day!

Easy communication and online experience that made my reservation of a unit a piece of cake. 10/10 recommend
