Sharon is amazing! I met her scrambling to fit 3,000 ft. of house into 2 storage units - stressed and exhausted, she made all that go away with her help on those crazy couple of days.
It's not just that she understands what great customer service is. Or, that she goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need,. It's that I've never seen her without a smile. There is nothing too small for her to do to help you. She's smart, she's a great manager, and keeps the storage facility shining. She's the best part of Extra Space Storage. Don't lose her!
