The place has gone so downhill since Open Space took it over from Guardian. They do a terrible job clearing snow away from the units making access impossible as the snow melts from the roof and forms an ice barrier on top of the mound of snow in front of the unit. We had a snow storm (4 inches), 10 days ago and the unit is still inaccessible. Contacting customer support get's you to an off-shore rep who can do nothing more than leave a message for the facility manager. Prices have gone way up and if they're going to get this added $$ they should at least maintain the snow in front of the units, as good as Guardian (which I have used for 15 years). Sadly, I'll be looking for a new place next year for winter storage of my belongings.
