I recently visited this place and was blown away by the level of customer service that Keven has. He was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I was shown the storage unit , which exceeded my expectations.

Review:
We signed up for a storage unit today and Jenn at the N. Beacon location was super informative over the phone and even more helpful when we arrived in person. We chose this location because years ago we rented a unit here and had a positive experience. At that time it was managed by Public Storage and Extra Storage took over in May 2024. We were very pleased with our experience and appreciate the exceptional service provided by Jenn.
