Eric is awesome!!!

I got a great deal on the storage unit online and when I got to the place I noticed it was very clean. I needed help navigated where my unit was and the guy working today was super helpful and came to find it with me. I appreciate him being helpful, polite and professional.

So far, so good, thanks to Erik's laid-back, kind demeanor. He's a straight shooter and told us what to expect. During a cold stretch when I needed to meet people at the facility to sell some items in my storage unit (and didn't have a car to sit in), he was fine with my waiting in the heated office. Made all the difference!

They do a great job keeping everything organized highly recommend.

Erik was so helpful and kind and very very pleasant. I was thrilled for the help and kindness he gave to me. I wish everybody was like this, makes it so much harder for us to leave! Thanks again to Erik, he made my birthday!
