Extra Space Storage

Everybody working in the office is so kind and helpful! Bob is so great, it makes me a little sad to move out! They were very kind and considerate with any questions I had, called me up a few times when I had forgotten to pay so I didn’t get hit with a late fee, just overall kind and considerate people. Moving in and out was a breeze because it’s all drive up units. The only reason why I dropped it to 4 stars was because a few months into my stay here the price randomly went up, by quite a bit. To be fair, it was my fault for not reading the fine print(when you get the unit the first couple months are a promotional price, I had no idea). I called the office and they were kind enough to put in an appeal for me and get it brought back down to close to the price I had originally paid. Again, great people. Thanks Bob!

I'd like to thank Bob from life storage. I'd like to share my husband passed away. I've been in mourning. My son as well so I'm just giving my review because Bob was outstanding to us. He showed so much compassion. He was kind. He cared. When not to many other company's I've dealt with since his passing. Great place!

Rushed to reserve an emergency storage space and then didn't need it. This was within 24 hours. I notified the location with 2 phone calls and Bob was fabulous and canceled the booking and initiated a refund.
