Bob was great for our move-in. He showed the unit which was clean, well-lit and accessible.We negotiated a pre-paid rent for a longer term which I highly recommend for this industry. The month-to-month arrangement will inevitably lead to significant price increases which can completely blind-side you. I am very happy with the storeroom and location.
