I can't say enough good things about this Extra Space Storage location! It’s always spotless, which is a huge plus compared to other storage facilities I’ve used. When it comes to service, safety, and cleanliness, this place is top-tier in every category.

Today I went in to look into a storage I had put on hold . Customer service assisted very well with the onboarding.

Went on top of my storage to take pic of my belongings strain you are violating their policy when motorized vehicles don’t have any gas inside as lease agreement retaliating for no reason then you try to get more information they block you so you don’t contact them again. The property management never gave me my locks and now they’re trying to charge me for something I never received even when I got the storage unit I took pictures of it, not having any locks inside basically stealing your money
