This was so easy to arrange the storage unit. Perfect size, very reasonable rate, added insurance easily, and received a lock. Very very satisfied!

I am a repeat/Annual customer who needs a good place near Rt.3 to keep a summer car between Boston and Plymouth during the winter months.
In a previous Post, I was in Year-One of this duty. I wrote about finding the Life Storage (now EXTRA SPACE) facility in Plymouth, how I liked their location, facilities and staff, mentioning the manager (Donna) as being awesome at her job. (She really knows her stuff.)

I am writing this 2nd Post to Update my thoughts and share what I have learned. I visit Life Storage about 5-6 times during the rental period. The benefit and value of great staff, while it was always important, is now crucial to me. Every renter is different, with different needs and wants, priorities & requirements, but Life Storage provides me exactly what I want and need. Thank you.

(Sidebar: A couple of months back, I stopped to check the space. Previously, I would only stop-by when I knew Donna was working. That has changed with the addition of Matt to her team this past fall. I am impressed with Matt and believe he is exactly what Donna needed Donna. He is a 5-*STAR addition)

I am so happy with finding the Life Storage/ EXTRA SPACE in Plymouth and that Donna is still running it. When I visit, I feel and am treated like a Client, not just a Customer. This has value – and that value is priceless!

Manager was very friendly and informative. I feel I made a great decision storing here.
