Extra Space Storage

Everything was easy and quick. People who I spoke to were very helpful but they forgot to tell me about paying for insurance each month. Not a real big deal but they should be sure you know that to help figure out the cost monthly. Definitely will use again if needed.

My experience was not perfect, because the units can actually measure slightly different than the advertise amounts. But Renee single-handedly turned this less than ideal experience into an amazing one! She was there to answer every question I had and bent over backwards to help me. I don’t know when i’ll need a storage unit again, but if I ever do, I’ll feel safe going there because of Renee

Renee was super helpful and deserves a raise. She is great to work with. Made everything easy .

I rented from this Extra Space location for 13 months. The unit served its purpose, but the money-grubbing aspect of its policies aspect left a bad taste. We had two different rate increases during our rental, and at the end the monthly rental had more than doubled from $48 to $106. The last annoyance was that I had cancelled the last month effective September 3 but was able to get my rental cleaned out on August 23, but they refused to rebate me for those last 11 unused days.
