Extra Space Storage

I misplaced my keys, and the manager gio was fantastic and incredibly patient throughout the whole cutting process. I've consistently had positive experiences here. One suggestion would be to have two people in the office, as it can sometimes lead to delays when staff members are out on site. Cheap units in an expensive market! Nonetheless, the customer service is excellent, and I'll definitely keep come back next year.

Excellent customer service from Shamela, she took me through the process over the phone, then when I came in person she showed me right to my locker.
