Extra Space Storage

Alex was so helpful in explaining everything to us as we rented our first storage unit. We understood all charges, current and future, before signing the agreement. She made all policies and procedures very clear and answered all of our questions. The unit itself is clean and ready for us. We know our stuff will be safe and secure.

The space was clean and easily accessible. Staff was friendly and there was always had carts available. My
Only issue is the cost. They get you with a move in discount, and once that expires you get the notice that the rent is increasing. I was there a year and I ended paying $214 for a larger unit. It got quite expensive, but it’s more costly to keep moving, so you’re unfortunately stuck.

From start to finish, the attendant was helpful, informative and cheery. All paperwork was straightforward and quick. Unit was clean and dry. Highly recommend.
