Mary is very professional and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. The grounds are well kept and maintained. Just a sidenote. Would be nice to give some sort of a discount for those who pay yearly versus monthly. Other than that, I have absolutely zero complaints. Great place to store whatever belongings you may have.

UPDATE:

I pay one time for the entire year. It’s easier for me that way. But here’s the curveball. When your 12 months expires, expect a MASSIVE unit price increase. How does $100 per month increase sound? That’s exactly what they THINK I’m going to pay? I think not. I would’ve stayed past my mid March date but greed has found its way into Extra Space Storage. I’ll be heading to a nearby competitor who have happily greed to honor my original yearly fee. Beware.
