This place is a disaster. Every time I go something new is broken. Main exit door has been broken for almost a year and now the elevator is broken. Terrible service and maintenance

Review:

Literally ANYTHING could improve. Customer service sucks, doors are always broken, elevators always out of service, no bathroom for customers to use. They charge you an arm and a leg for 'secure' storage yet the doors are always open so anyone can go in. 0/10 recommend, find another storage even if it's more expensive not worth the headaches.
