Extra Space Storage

I am very unsatisfied with my experience here. I was told that after my contract was up as long as I called before it was up I would get it at the same rate. I called well before the date and they did not honor what they told me. They denied telling me that when I am a 100% sure that's what they said. I would recommend recording what they initially tell you because they doubled my rate! I would go elsewhere!!

Horrible service my stuff got damaged by rodents getting the insurance to pay impossible. Then tried billing me after the owed me money for taking it out when I point blank canceled and took my stuff out a week before. These places need to be investigated by the state. Do not use there service

At this time, I've only reserved a unit. However, signing up in person was easy. My representative was friendly and very knowledgeable.
