I bought the contents of a storage unit at auction and was fortunate enough to meet the manager Rich What a Guy! . I decided to keep the unit for 1 month So I signed the lease paperwork. Rich was friendly, thorough and yet very professional . He got me through the paperwork and made it a very pleasant experience. I would be pleased to deal with him in any environment and look forward to any future business I might have with him. This is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with Extra Space storage and awesome customer service has been the theme throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my storage needs to Rich and Extra Space storage!
