Extra Space Storage

Although the interior was very clean upon arrival we could not open the door due it having an ICE MOUND and significant snow along the bottom of the door.
I appears the there is no effort to keep any of the doors clear of ice and snow. After more than an hour the local manger was able to get the door open (with our assistance)

Not to happy with our first experience

I hope I can open it when I return in a couple of days.
The whole facility needs better care.

Awesome storage, friendly staff. We had a 10 by 20 temp controlled container and it was perfect for our needs. Very accommodating staff and available 247
