Nick was helpful getting some information straightened out. Kind and helpful.

I will say the workers were very helpful, and the storage unit was fine, but within 2 months the jacked the price up from 70-120 a month out of nowhere, then told me I had an introductory rate. I wasn’t aware of that and if I had known I wouldn’t have wasted my time lugging my things there just to have to get them out due to the high cost for a smaller unit. They should be putting that out there highlighted somewhere up front so people know what they’re getting into. I don’t like that kind of business… even though anytime I spoke with them on the phone they were helpful. I would’ve stayed if they didn’t hike up the price unfairly.
