Thanks Terry for your help and expertise in helping me choose the right storage unit for me.

Very pleasant working with Liz. All questions answered and all rules and such were explained.

The storage unit was clean and secure. Sydney was very nice and met my needs.

Before you send a bill you should check to make sure if we even have an active account. I contacted your office 3-4 days before we closed our account on 9/30/2023. Account was paid in full. In addition, we had been there for 10 years and you raise our rent by 110.00 a month. What is wrong with you?? Hence the reason we moved out.

I'm very please with the convenience and location of my self storage unit, but I'm particularly grateful to my property manager Sydney for her 110% efforts and offerings of help in getting settled in. Thanks a bunch !
