Extra Space Storage

I was looking for a storage unit and Sam showed me around the different units, explained everything and was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with!! I like that it's enclosed with a pass code and there are several options to meet various needs!

The staff member at Extra Space, Sam, answered all my questions, provided me multiple options for my storage needs, and was open about the policies of the premises. I felt he really cared about finding me the right space and providing excellent customer service!

Not even 3 months into my storage unit contract and my autopay amount doubled in price. I was never warned in any capacity at sign-up that this would be the case - otherwise I of course would never have agreed to lease a unit in the first place. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency here. What a predacious practice to give a customer a fair rate only so they move all their belongings in, then double the price and bank on the fact that it’s too big of a hassle for them to then move so much out. Very disappointing.

This was a great unit in the staff was extremely helpful. Besides having some mouse issues which is to be expected for outside storage I have no complaints and will definitely right here again if I was back in the area.
