Extra Space Storage

I had gotten there last minute to get a storage locker & the woman took her time after she closed to come unlock my unit so i was able to meet the deadline i had to get my thinngs out of where they were. Was very greatful!

Everything started fine, but after only a couple months of renting a unit I got a 30 days notice that they're doubling the rate.

9/10 reviews are requested to be made before you actually have an experience with them. I and my husband rented a small unit last year which was short lived due too unexpected construction needing to be done. That’s fine an well we understand things happen. However due to the inconvenience we and many others were asked if we could get our belongings out by said due date that we would be refunded a certain amount and here we are a year later and multiple phone calls still with no refund. Manger Tanya was very rude and snarky and unwilling to listen disregarded the fact it has been a year and people who keep saying they will fix the issue as well as being told their was check already expected to be sent out just to find out none of that was true. So frustrating dealing with the unprofessionalism we have to deal with in todays world and people who lack people skills working in a position that holds such power.
