I recently had to transfer units and went into the Extra Space Storage main office. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and helpful. The process was fairly easy and fast. I do wish there were a way for me to transfer the unit myself on the app or online.

From the start John greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. He was able to determine what the best deal would be for me as he guided me through the process.
