Review:
I found that this facility is very clean and well maintained. Also, the property manager, Suzanne is very kind and helpful. Every time I go there, she is always busy cleaning or taking care of other duties that need to be done. I would recommend this convenient location in Wells, Maine for anyone looking for a storage unit. It’s also good to know that they offer climate controlled units.

Review:
It's a nice 10X20 unit but the doors are crap. We were blindsided we started paying $159 a month then they charged $265 a month with no notice. When we get back to Wells we do away with this.
