Extra Space Storage

Being that this is our first experience with the need for self-storage, we decided to visit a few locations near us. Extra Space Storage was our first and ONLY stop. Upon entering the Riverside Street office, we were greeted by Trisha the Store Manager. While being escorted through the facility, Trisha very kindly explained the features they offered as well as answered all of our questions. Trisha was awesome and the facility was clean and in exceptionally good condition. As a result, we decided this was the place for us and I am very pleased with our decision to secure 2 storage spaces here. Thank you, Trisha.

Trish is amazing! It is great to be able to speak with a person that is so helpful, kind, and fun. She makes what could be a stressful scenario into a welcome experience. Any question, issue, or concern you may have she will address immediately and thoughtfully. Every time I speak with her, my day is always better than before our conversation. Trish truly cares about the people that rent from her location.

Great storage facility!! Easy access. Well lit. Love the climate control!! Staff is super friendly and helpful.
