I had a very satisfying experience dealing with both Jennifer and James. Initially, I spoke with Jennifer on phone and she is a pleasure to speak with. Very attentive and patient, which goes a long way in my book! When I arrived, I dealt with James. Such a noble person who treated me with the uttermost respect.
