I have been with Extra Space in Avon for about a year now. I had came to them because they were so kind. Honestly. Jennifer the woman that I speak with almost every time. She's a amazing, kind person. Provides the best customer service and always helps me with whatever my issue or request or question is. Always on top of her job. Truly this place runs better because of the customer service and how kind and caring about the customers. The staff truly is what makes me stay. I travel over a hour to come here when I could find something closer to me but it's truly the kindness and care that the staff has towards the customers. I appreciate everything they have done to help me especially Jennifer. But truly, I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a place to store there personal belongings.

When I called the on- line number and spoke with 'Justin' I was given a quote and was told if I paid in advance for 4 months the unit could be put on hold for a week and a half. I wanted this because of the Thanksgiving holiday. A couple of hours later I called the unit property to ask a question and was given a different price for the same unit, $10 more per month and was told that they would not hold the unit if I didn't pay today. Also, the cost of the unit would double after the 4 month payment period. Then there were all the 'Add fees' which brought the cost up to almost $20 more per month and a one time admin fee of $29. Crazy!! I ended up paying a year in advance to get the monthly cost I thought was fair enough. Why all the BS to begin with. Call the location directly to get the real price!
