Extra Space Storage

This was our first time using a storage facility, and the experience couldn’t have been better! Being so close to home made it incredibly convenient to access our belongings whenever needed. Bill was a lifesaver—he worked with us during tough times when prices increased, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his understanding and flexibility.

When it came time to move out, Liz made the process seamless and even pleasantly surprising! The storage space itself was always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with carts, which made everything so much easier. We stored our items for almost two years and always felt confident that everything was safe and secure.

A huge shoutout to the crew for keeping everything organized and accessible. If we ever need storage again, we’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable, clean, and supportive storage services!

Had to u expectedly store a bedroom set and sofa that didn’t fit in my new apartment. Upon arriving at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE in New Britain, Connecticut driving a U-Haul box truck I was greeted by WILLIAM DEOSS holding the front door open for me with a smile, neat presentation and words of comfort because he could see the stress of the situation on my face. We chatted on the way to his desktop area, I was shown a unit he thought would be ideal and I ended up getting that unit for a few months. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer service representative to have encountered yesterday. ❣️
