We left Uhaul to come here because the boasted more space for the same amount. Cool, great, just what we need! 3 months later they DOUBLED our rent without informing us because 'the whole company was at capacity'. Cool, how is that my problem?

So like yeah, the place is nice, and you think you're getting a good deal for more space, but watch out because after the '3 month promotional period (that I wasn't informed of) they'll up your fee by a ridiculous amount of money.

And on top of it they just dealt with mice for the ENTIRE summer, and put almost no traps down.

If there was any place closer to me I'd go there in an instant. Honestly, again, choose literally any other storage provider.
