Superior customer service with office staff and manager, Steve. They were kind, professional and answered all of my questions. Response time was fast, as well! Reserving the unit and processing the paperwork was quick and efficient. Looking forward to moving items into the unit this weekend!

I had the pleasure of working with Steve, who not only returned my call promptly but was prepared with options and logistics for the car I needed to store at this facility. Without hesitation he was able to explain the hours and rules of storing a vehicle inside or outside.
What really blew me away is that when I expressed interest in the cheapest option (the outdoor storage), Steve took the initiative to personally go out and shovel the snow from the space (the plow had covered it with a heap of snow) and he even offered to send me a picture for my approval.
He also offered to give me a tour of the facility and gave suggestions about moving my vehicle logistically.
This is the first google review I have ever written, and the only reason I am doing so is to compliment the superlative customer service I received.
