Great experience took the time to find the right storage to fit my needs

The door to the outside near my unit is rusting considerably to where I can see the outside underneath it, which brings into question how well of a “temperature controlled” environment my belongings being kept in. When I pass by, the front gate to drive into the complex is often wide open, questioning the overall safety of the complex. And for this, the price is astronomically too high for the size of unit that I rent.

I’m looking elsewhere.

So my auto payment did not go through. I called them up and was assisted by Silk. They processed my payment on the spot and made sure to process future payments. Very pleased with service very helpful and polite!
