Extra Space Storage

Chris , was extremely helpful , made be aware of specials to save me money and extremely friendly and very helpful to make sense of all storage processes to my moving experience !
Location was extremely easy, plenty of room to move my semi around without the trailer.

I had an issue, and Chris was able to get it solved right away.

12 years ago i retired and move to Europe so i sold most of my things and rented this facility. It was fine when Gail was the manager before the recent buy out and new owners took over. However i received an email at the beginning of this year that the company was sold and they sent me a new contract that my rate had doubled! After 12 years of renting! Then i find out they fired Gail who was a good manager for 20 years. So i called them from Europe and they gave me a bs story so i paid the new rate and booked a flight to the US to move to a much cheaper facility. While moving out i talked to other renters who were moving out as well. All with the same story. They could not believe they doubled their rent without notice. Especially when the place is infested with mice. And they can also raise the rent anytime they like. BTW, the positive reviews here are fake! Just read them and you will see they are similar and written by the same person. What a nightmare! To think i had to travel all the way from Europe to move out of this horrible place. It was decent before but not anymore. If you use this place you are asking for trouble. Horrible, horrible, horrible
