Extra Space Storage

I used to love this place before the buyout a couple months ago, I had great personalize customer service and a solid set price. Since they've been bought out they've mentioned that they will be changing their prices every 3 to 6 months, when before I've had a set price for the past two year. Along side that they fired the lady who ran it before the changeover and their customer service is terrible. You used to be able to call and talk to a person on a single ring and now you have to go thru a stupid robot. I've been looking for a new storage unit since.

Best place to store my belongings. Shout out to Kai for unbelievable customer service. Always there to answer questions or to rent us the next size up. Kai keeps us as returning customers and we tell our friends nd family to come see her.

Easy to get everything started and move in within a day of first contact the staffs great

I had a great experience dealing with Kai. She’s very knowledgeable and always has a smile on to greet everyone I’ve ever seen go into office. I have 4 units over at enfield location and one more on mass line one. And mainly stuck with the storage location only because of Kai and how good she make the customer feel that there possessions are in good hands .
