The staff are very welcoming. They are friendly, caring and very helpful.they make you feel at home. The staff are also professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and was very patient and understanding in making sure that I understand the answers to the questions I asked. They treat you like family.

Convenient locations, and easy to get to.

There is a wide variety of storage unit sizes even with climate control.

They know how to maintain the place. It is spotless.They keep it clean and well kept. They pay attention to detail.

It has strong security measures. I feel very confident of the safety of my belongings.

The rates are great and affordable. When I get a card in the mail saying that I am getting an increase in payment I would call them right away and the staff will help to make sure that I don’t have to pay it. I told one of the staff that I can’t pay $200 or more. So they have been helpful on getting me to pay a little less than $200. The staff telI me to always call them when I get the card in they nail and they will help me out. I even asked when I first started renting a unit if I could have my payment set up to be taking out on the 3rd of the month since that is when my big checks come in each month. So that way I can keep making my payments on time. The staff has been so accommodating with all of this.
