It was one of the easiest and informative rentals that I have ever done . Larissa was awesome , explained everything that I needed to know . She is an asset to your company . I wish more people would be as point on as her .

It does not matter how 'nice' the employees are if the company raises your rate by double after two months. My rate started at 80$ and went up to 166$ after two months. What kind of sense does that make?! I'm not sure how they have such good ratings when they raise their rates like this, unless it's specific to certain people.. I personally advise to stay away and go to U-Haul unless you want to pay double or triple of your original rate.

I think my experience was really good, but…I went from $135 to $367 in four years. That seems extreme
