Extra Space Storage

I would warn anyone trying to do business with extra storage, we signed up 3 months ago as we got relocated to NJ and now the surprise comes they increased our unit price to more than double the cost of original price. Went from $98 to $201 this is preposterous! I am so sick of these companies and their pure greed! See payment history for confirmation of price increase.

Upon researching this storage facility, a few months ago, Sharon took the time to show us around and was very pleasurable to deal with.

Once we decided to rent, there were a few hiccups with the system when trying to reserve. But again, Sharon helped us through it and fixed the issues on her end.

Few months later, came across another issue with billing. Again Sharon helped us and is always very helpful and resolved the issues promptly.

Sharon's customer service is greatly appreciated at this facility.
