Tameeka is very pleasant and professional! From the day I began renting she has been an angel.
I did however have a less than pleasant experience with Megan. She miss quoted my late fee over the phone and neglected to mention that my unit would be locked for late payment when we spoke. When I came in asking for clarification she became very irritated. I believe it was because she was embarrassed about giving wrong information. When she got her manager Chris on the phone to help me understand what she was not knowledgeable on, she became further irritated and snatched the phone out of my hand. When I called the police she stated that I actually HIT her. Upon reviewing the footage the police confirmed that that was false. It was a nightmare.

Chris was also helpful once we got a chance to speak. I do feel like Megan should be more informed on the policies and fees so that she can be more confident when dealing with costumer questions and concerns. I mean that is what costumer service is all about.

very helpful and transparent. Megan especially goes above and beyond to give customer service rooted in kindness and realness, which is hard to come by.
