The storage space is a clean facility but I'm not happy with the prices keep increasing. I use to pay under 80 a month for my unit and now I pay over 120 for the same unit. I was charged a late fee and I kindly asked them to wave it for me but the representative said that he can't they waved a fee back in 2023 meanwhile we are in January of 2025. That is terrible you should get at least 1 fee waved a year if something happens to your account etc.

I had a great experience at Extra Storage thanks to Megan and Tameka. They were not only efficient but also incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. It’s clear they care about their customers, and their professionalism made everything so much easier. You’re truly in good hands with Megan and Tameka!
