Great staff, super nice, very professional, helpful folks especially a lady named Susanna. I called that poor woman so many times asking all sorts of dumb questions and she was the nicest, most patient person I've dealt with in years. Why can't every business have a Susanna on duty? Narrowing down storage options and cost was the only thing that did go well. Credit Susanna. Clone her. Now!! Order out of chaotic moving. Thank you Extra Space Storage!! My entire life crammed into a storage unit but I know it's in the best facility around with the best staff in the world. Nice to have one less thing to worry about.
