Great service from Susana! I've never used Extra Space Storage before so I didn't know there would be an extra cost for insurance, admin fees, and the lock cost... But she walked me through everything and was very kind and patient with my questions. The storage space was nice and clean. There where roller caddies that I used to move my stuff. I was very satisfied with my service.
