Called to inquire about a unit and an employee named Edwin picked up. He was very polite and gave me as much information as I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with renting a space. I was new to the whole thing but he walked me through the process and made sure that I understood what comes with storing. Very thankful to have spoken with him.

I went to multiple storage facilities and wasn’t too sure. However, I came across the Orange location and I am so happy that I did! It was freezing outside and a young man named Edwin met me at the door. His politeness really made the difference, he explained everything really well and didn’t make me feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do. I really appreciated the way he treated me and I didn’t feel like he was just trying to get over. Great customer service!

My mom and I came here to rent a unit while we’re in between homes. We checked out a few different locations but ultimately went with this one because of the customer service we received. My mom is naturally paranoid and has a hard time trusting people, but a few days ago, with the help of Edwin, all of our questions were answered and my mother has taken a liking to Edwin’s service. Even when my mother asked what seemed like 1000 questions ranging from billing to unit sizes, Edwin’s patience with her made all the difference.
