This place is a scam. Total SCAM.

They raise your rates with NO warning, and they raise your rates after you have only been in your unit for 5 months too!
For example, a non-climate controlled 5x5 unit, contracted at $34/mo via the web special is really a $84 bill, when it used to be $47 for rent and insurance.

Don't expect an itemized bill either. Office staff was nice when I moved into the unit.

But doubling my bill nonprior warning, or before i could move out of a 5x5 should be criminal. Especially for a building that isn't climate controlled and located in a flood plane.

In fact - I am wondering what the state's AG office may say when they look at this contract if I were to formalize a complaint ?

Besides, the rates keep going up and i've been a long faithful customer with them for years over five years already, the staff is okay. I would've then found another storage, but it's just a convenience for me, but i'm still highly thinking about it because they keep raising the prices.

The pricing is ridiculous. It’s a scam.
I was not sure how my rent had gone up so much within the span of a short amount of time. I had a small storage unit and it was raised every 4-6 months or so. Which was not explained when I first signed. When I first started renting I was paying $120 and ended paying $196. That’s a car payment. It’s not worth it.

Save your money and go elsewhere.
