Unprofessional customer service, will cut you off while getting information on your unit.

Unfortunately , i called to settle payment for my unit. Ariel the customer service representative was very rude and unpleasant.

I have been trying to negotiate since November, requested for a district manager to give us a call.
The month of December is about to be over and I am still unable to speak with someone regarding my account. Since Ariel can’t do anything regarding anyone’s account in the facility.
She will just caught you off and let you know , “ I can’t do anything for you”

When she can absolutely let the district manager or district leader know a customer who is going into the auction is trying to save the unit.

Predatory business practice. Lure the customer in with low initial rate and then do a 100% rent increase. Mine was increased from $40 -> $75 after 4 months. When I complained, they said the best they can do is reduce to $65. It will actually be cheaper to move out and re-rent at the web rate!

Ariel is very friendly and helped me find the right unit to store my items in. Recommend this facility
