Let's try this again .My app closed mid review.
This by far has been the BEST customer service experience I've ever had. The reservation was simple and Pamela called me immediately after. She was always courteous of my time and worked around my schedule. I never felt rushed and she made sure I was in the proper size before I made a commitment. She went through every step with a gentle smile and warm approach. Customer service is my specialty and I would give this an official seal of approval.
Now on to the unit itself.
It was very well lit and clean . I'm 90%certain I smelled flowers and perfume. The elevators run smoothly and they are very spacious. They even have carts to assist with the move! Honestly how many places offer that?
If I could give more stars I would.The only thing I can say is it would be a shame if anyone went to different storage facility. They would be missing out,greatly
