Extra Space Storage

My father and I visited the office today to secure and pay for our storage unit. We were assisted by Yudany, who provided beyond exceptional service. She was highly professional and went above and beyond showing us around the facility; she made sure we knew which entrances to use for loading our belongings and was very happy to answer all the questions we had. Overall, a great first experience here!

Customer service is good but the grounds are filthy saw a dead mouse. Mouse droppings. It’s only going to get worse unless they intervene

I want to start off by saying that custo.er service is very unprofessional.,I reported that I saw mice droppings in hallway of storage as well as a mouse dead ..I spoke to the manager Brian, and that was 3 months ago he said he would take care of it .I went there Tuesday 3 months later and the mouse was mummified as well as another mouse six units down .This place is filled.with mice hallways paper boxes,and writing on the walls .My unit leaks and has damaged my things .Also spoke to about this and was told that I can move my belongs but price may increase. I HAVE ANOTHER UNIT IN ANOTHER FACILITY AND NOT AT ALL LIKE ROSELLE .Employees need to do there job and stop keeping the door lock to the office So customers can't be taken care of .I hope this improves soon
