Extra Space Storage

Lift not working is a total inconvenience. I came here from Florida & our house was flooded from Hurricane Helene & my son was giving us his furniture. We arrived on Sunday, to find out the freight lift was not working. I contracted two weeks ago with a moving company to have this furniture transported to Florida. They now need to walk down 3 flights of stairs with couches, bed mattresses, large boxes, end tables etc.
A total mess & inefficient operation by Extra Space Storage.

The customer service is so amazing. I was moving in the middle of an illness and the team was so helpful in handling everything over the phone—making sure multiple drop offs from different moving companies were handled with ease.

Rented at the last minuit the staff went above and beyond in assisting us in the right size unit . It's clean and well lit

First I wanted to say Max and Sandy are great! They help me with all my needs everytime I come in. They give wonderful customer service. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but now there has been an issue. The metal company next door is constantly parking in the parking that we as customers pay for the storage unit and they completely blocking the storage doors for us to get inside. This is very annoying and very frustrating every time I come to my storage unit I have to jump over hoops just to get around. They have their own company parking so I don’t find it fair for them to use their huge trucks to park in the spaces that extra storage customers pay for. I really hope this gets resolved.
