Be careful with signing up for their low price promo. Make sure that you are still okay when the price goes to their original amount after two months from signing because that is what's going to happen. Price are also expensive compared to other storage areas.
After a few months they rack up the monthly to a very steep price some complains it doubled. My Promo is 94 then after 2 months goes to 147, not including tax and insurance. what can you do now? your things are inside so you have no choice but to pay because it takes effort to move all your things to another storage.
I hope they can just stick to whatever the promo until the renter leaves. Or atleast increase a little.
