Sean was very good. His service, his patience and his interest in helping me as a customer to solve. The problem was exemplary. You have an excellent employee with Sean an extraordinary person who focuses on a customer. While helping me he also had to deal with two other customers and another phone call he was calm and he was good.

Manager is rude at Glen Rock location, hangs up on you when you ask a tough question. They doubled my rent without warning or notice only 2 months in as a new customer. Buyer beware.

After complaining to corporate I received a call from the district manager Christina who was very helpful, although she did rectify my problem, I discovered that extra storage can and will increase your fees based upon ‘the market conditions’. It doesn’t matter that you signed a lease, In my case my fees doubled. The only way to lock in a precise number is to prepay in advance.

Price increase to 175/month WITHOUT notice. This price has literally DOUBLED without any notification. This is is exactly what I was afraid of. I plan on contacting the BBB, Office of Consumer Affairs to report this illegal activity. Buyers please contact me so I can personally provide you with up to date information on how not only I have been price gouged, but how I have been treated and attempted to be manipulated by the local manager working there. I am waiting for a ‘call back’. In the meantime, I will be following various reports and also contacting my credit card company.
